Instructions for Remote Support Software.

1. Download the HelpDesk file below. Save this file to your desktop.

2. After the file is downloaded restart your computer. It is important that the computer is started clean and that only one user is logged on.

3. Now double click on the Help Icon on your desktop. This will start the program.

4. When the program is complete it will ask you for a password this would have been provided by a service technician or in your confiirmation e-mail.

5. Once you complete the password your pc will send a signal to our technicians pc and allow that technician through an encrypted connection control your pc as if they were sitting at your home. When the technician is done he will uninstall the program and let you know that the service is complete. Once the program has been removed, our computers can no longer connect to your pc. It would require you to reconnect to us. You will notice that there is still the original downloaded Help Express Computer Service on your desktop. You may leave this on your desktop incase you need our service in the future or you may click on it once press your del key. This will delete the instalation program from your computer.
